GMB Stamp

A broken ribbed clay block stamped with an oval "GMB" monogram, lying in volcanic gravel near Scotty's Castle.

Gladding, McBean & Co. supplied tile to the castle from 1927 to 1931 and marked its brick with its initials in a circle; this stamp is likely theirs.
