Effective date: August 17, 2026 This page explains what data ethanhydephotography.com collects, what cookies it sets, and the choices you have. 1. Contact form When you submit the contact form, I collect the name, email address, project details, and message you provide. That information is sent to me by email (via Resend) so I can reply, and is also logged in a database for a limited period to help debug delivery problems. Contact submissions are automatically deleted after a set retention window. I do not keep them indefinitely. Your IP address is hashed (not stored in plain text) and used only to rate-limit abuse of the contact form. 2. Cloudflare Turnstile The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-verification challenge, to block automated spam. Turnstile is strictly necessary for the form to work securely and runs regardless of the cookie choice below. See Cloudflare's own privacy policy for how Turnstile processes data. 3. Analytics cookies (optional) This site can use Microsoft Clarity to understand, in aggregate, how visitors browse the gallery (for example, which sections get scrolled or clicked). Clarity is not loaded, and no analytics cookie is set, until you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, or take no action, Clarity is never loaded. You can change your choice at any time: visit ethanhydephotography.com/?resetCookieConsent=1 to clear your saved choice and see the cookie banner again. 4. What I don't do I do not sell personal data, and I do not use any advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only optional tracking on this site is the Clarity analytics cookie described above. 5. Your rights Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data I hold about you (for example under the GDPR for visitors in the EU/UK, or the CCPA for California residents).
